The hotel is so centrally located, just across the park, and the area around it is vibrant with so much to do. The rooms are updated, very clean, and even had a nice view. While a few things could be improved, my stay was great overall.
The hotel is in an amazing location right across from the park. The rooms are very comfortable, with a double bed and a tub for a relaxing stay. The service was impeccable, offering room service, dry cleaning, and valet parking. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, but overall, it offers great value for the money.
The hotel is located in a prime area on Michigan Ave, right across from the park, making it a great spot for visitors. The rooms are cozy and come with complimentary champagne, but I had a small issue when housekeeping arrived even with the 'do not disturb' sign up. The service was top-notch with fantastic room service and valet parking. The location is superb for exploring the city, although there were some noise disturbances from trucks backing up. The dining experience, which includes biscuits, was satisfactory. The hotel facilities were well-kept and convenient.
